Paleo Plan Day 4
I’ve wrapped up my 4th day and I’m actually feeling pretty good about things. The only thing I’ve missed is my wine, but other than that there has only been one other time where I contemplated licking the frosting off a cupcake. So I’d say things are going well! One disappointing thing is that I thought I would fall asleep faster and sleep sounder. Unfortunately I’ve had a really hard time falling asleep the last two nights. I’m hoping that changes. Maybe my body is just getting used to not having carbs like bread and pasta?
